The MENTIS Platform:
The unified MENTIS Platform provides a single engine powering all MENTIS solutions. This single Platform is a catalyst for all MENTIS functionality - developed by one design team, with one guiding set of principles and clear understanding of the business, regulatory and technical requirements. Among many other advantages, the MENTIS Platform guarantees uniformity of results between the database and the application layers as well as across multiple databases.
Segregation of Duties (SOD):
The MENTIS solution set is designed with true Segregation of Duties in mind. The user interface is intended for business users as well as IT. This gives MENTIS customers the option to have the solution managed by IT or to fully maintain SOD by having the solution run by non-technical users in Security or Compliance.
iDiscover:
MENTIS offers the most powerful sensitive data discovery tool available with a highly effective combination of pre-set rules and proprietary pattern recognition algorithms. In our ten year experience, iDiscover always finds sensitive data in unexpected places. No matter what your security policies and procedures are; if you have sensitive data in unknown places, you have exposure.
iDiscover offers three options:
iDiscover - Locations: Included with the MENTIS Platform, this allows discovery of sensitive data to the location level.
iDiscover - Code: Once sensitive data is uncovered, it’s often not clear how sensitive data found its way to that particular table. iDiscover-Source Code identifies all source code that uses sensitive data. iDiscover also acts as your Security Acceptance Test – by scanning all code before it enters production and alerting when sensitive data is being used.
iDiscover - Users: This optional iDiscover option tracks users with access to sensitive data and reports specific users access to sensitive data.
iMask:
This MENTIS solution offers dynamic data masking for production environments. This process results in masked views at both the application and database level.
iScramble:
MENTIS offers a robust solution for static data masking . Sensitive data is scrambled at the table level for non-production instances at both the application and database level.
iSubset:
MENTIS offers subsetting of non-production databases. As with all MENTIS solutions, iSubset is a module on the MENTIS Platform. iSubset results in smaller non-production environments and is designed to work as a stand-alone product or in conjunction with the process of applying iScramble.
iMonitor:
MENTIS offers real-time monitoring and alerts for sensitive data.
iRetire:
This is our most recent product and offers a unique and innovative approach to retiring inactive sensitive data.
