Rajesh K. Parthasarathy, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
MENTIS Founder Rajesh Parthasarathy has developed a reputation for delivering cutting edge ideas to the marketplace, with a long roster of successful product introductions across his career. The recipient of numerous awards for leadership and innovation, Rajesh is a subject-matter expert in the areas of internal controls, compliance, and information security.  He is sought after as a speaker on sensitive information security topics and advises state and local governments on related matters.

Rajesh’s early career included auditing at one of the Big Four Accounting firms, co-founding an accounting and investment consulting firm, designing and delivering custom audit and security solutions, and implementing ERP tools for Fortune 100 companies. His innovation in consulting to this market led to a senior role at a software product firm, where he enjoyed considerable success in designing and engineering solutions for the internal controls, security, and compliance marketplace.  In early 2004, Rajesh founded MENTIS and began building out his vision of a software platform through which organizations could manage and secure their sensitive data throughout its lifecycle.

A graduate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Rajesh holds a BA in Accounting from Madras University, a Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India, and an Honors Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computer Systems of India.

Robert B. Peck, Chief Financial Officer
Robert B. Peck is the acting Chief Financial Officer of MENTISoftware, providing financial planning, budgeting, and analysis support to the President and Chief Operating Officer. Bob is currently Senior Vice President and Controller of The Weinstein Company LLC, a role he has held since March 2008.

Bob brings more than 20 years of experience to MENTIS, having held progressively senior accounting and controllership positions in various organizations including Insight Communications Company, Inc., PRIMEDIA Inc., Pinnacor, Inc. and CSC Healthcare Inc.

Bob also spent five years in public accounting at Goldstein Golub Kessler & Company, P.C.

Paula Capps, Chief Operating Officer
Paula Capps is MENTIS' Chief Operating Officer, responsible for day-to-day Company operations and for facilitating the company’s growth.

Paula brings to MENTIS more than 25 years of experience in administration and business management.  With a strong background in entrepreneurial and business ventures, she has built on operational and management experience earned through long stints at leading consulting and Fortune 500 firms. Among these are The Boston Consulting Group, APM, and Computer Sciences Corporation’s Healthcare Group.

Paula completed a liberal arts major and minor at Harding University.

Suresh Sundaram, Executive Director
As Executive Director, Suresh oversees strategy, marketing, and corporate development for MENTIS. 

Prior to joining MENTIS, Suresh spent 27 years in several strategic intrapreneurship roles at HCL group, a USD $7B leading ICT group founded in 1976. In the initial 10 years he was focused on the India market where, as Chief Marketing Officer in HCL Frontline, Suresh led the effort from concept to launch for hardware products such as Beanstalk, India's first home computer, as well as HP Notebooks and Peripherals, with new-to-market retail channels and consumer finance.

In 1998, Suresh moved to HCL Technologies where he played a pivotal part in the development of the company into a global force in IT Services.  From 2000 to 2010 he established and led their global marketing and strategy team.  Working with the President and CEO, he and his team enabled HCL Technologies to gain global market recognition as a disruptive IT services company and grow from $298 million in revenue to $3.5 billion.  After 2010, he led strategic initiatives to drive business growth through investments in solutions and partnerships across all lines of business before moving to Financial Services. In Financial Services, he  led the development of new services and partnerships for the digital economy in customer experience, risk and compliance, and core systems transformation across the banking, insurance, and capital markets.  Before joining MENTIS, Suresh had moved to directing HCL’s strategic business development in Continental Europe for specific accounts. 

Suresh has a proven track record in creating  products and services. He brings a rich understanding of global markets, IT, and operations service delivery, and is passionate about growing disruptive enterprise technologies in the unfolding digital world. He joins MENTIS to take on a key strategic role as the company builds on its unique platform, insights, and focus in sensitive data lifecycle management, to become a trusted partner and a market leader in the information security market.

Harriet K. Schneider, Vice President of Marketing
Harriet Schneider currently serves as VP of Marketing, where she oversees the marketing strategy and positioning for MENTIS, providers of Sensitive Information Lifecycle ManagementTM solutions for the enterprise.

Harriet has more than 30 years of experience filling both sales and marketing roles. Prior to joining MENTIS, she spent eight years as Marketing Director for Computime and its companies where she managed the overall growth and direction of the company's marketing initiatives, channel development, strategic partnerships, and customer acquisition through proactive, integrated marketing strategies.

St. Louis born and raised, she received her BA from University of Missouri in St. Louis.
